What is Zaplar?
Zaplar is an agentic operating system for hotels. It works in the background, planning, coordinating, and completing operational work, and surfaces suggested actions for your team to review and approve. This means less administration and more hospitality.
How long does onboarding take?
Days, not months. You upload your spaces and assets, Zaplar builds a model of your property, and the system starts working. We also provide forward deployed engineers that will work together with you, free of charge, until everything works.
Does the AI act without my approval?
You decide. Routine work runs autonomously in the background, and anything that needs judgment is surfaced as a suggested action for your team to approve. Every action is visible, reviewable, and adjustable.
Does Zaplar replace my existing systems?
Zaplar can replace your entire software stack or works alongside the systems you already use, integrating with leading hotel software. Over time it can take on more of your operation at the pace you choose.
